Frontgate Outlet & Grandin Road Outlet: West Chester, OH

Outlets sometimes close up shop, and I am not always aware of it right away. For this reason, I recommend checking the Frontgate website for the most up-to-date information.

Delivery Days

I called the West Chester, OH Frontgate &Grandin Road Outlet to confirm the best day to shop. The employee told me he recommends coming on Wednesday, as they are closed to the public on Monday and Tuesday and use those days to replenish inventory. However, they do get deliveries all throughout the week, so there will always be something new to see!

Frontgate Outlet & Grandin Road Outlet: West Chester, OH

Can you believe it’s Amanda over at @theharkinshome again? I have been hitting up all the outlets lately on my search for a coffee table for my office, so fortunately I have been able to scope out some outlets for my friend Kelli.

In West Chester, Frontgate Outlet, Grandin Road Outlet and Ballard Designs Outlet are all together but Ballard Designs Outlet runs on its own system.

When you walk into the main lobby there are a lot of big pieces. They are 90% of the time for Frontgate Outlet and usually some really great condition pieces of furniture. The day I went it was 40% off the lowest price, unless otherwise marked, at Frontgate Outlet and 50% off the lowest at Grandin Road Outlet.

Fourty percent of the Frontgate Outlet was Christmas. Unfortunately, that is not what I was shopping for, so I did not look too closely at prices, but it was 50% of the lowest price.

Another focus of the store right now is patio. It was about 40% of the store as well and some of the prices were pretty insane.

Each store has its own entrance, although Grandin Road Outlet and Frontgate Outlet do connect.

Like many outlets, Frontgate Outlet highlights some full living room setups in the front of the store.

But then starts patio to the left and it really was a lot of pieces.

This table was originally $1600 marked down to $800 and would have been $400 out the door.

 Frontgate Outlet always has a lot of really nice doormats at a great price. The issue I run into is they have letters available for more unique last names and I can never find a “H” but these are high quality and great for double doors.

A beautiful marble coffee table.

Every time I have been to Frontgate Outlet the rugs are 80% off.

I picked up this rug for my son’s room. $300 and 80% off, so out the door at $63 and super plush and soft.

I thought this outdoor bar cart was very charming.

Then starts Christmas. These ornaments were large and so beautiful. Organized by color and $7.50 each.

8-10’ trees under $1000.

The back right corner is always a pet section. Pet beds and bowls that don’t clash with your home.

Then comes the remaining miscellaneous items after (most of the store was outdoor and holiday.) Felt like a lot jammed in a small space.

 A small bathroom section.

This stand was originally $450 and would have been $60 out the door. They had a few of these.

Dining chairs  and bar stools.

A $1200 peacock. Literally.

A coffee table I considered for my personal search (but it was around $800 which I thought was high for the small size and simplicity).

Beautiful round marble dining table. Would have been $1800.

 They had these beautiful foosball and ping pong tables. The ping pong/pool table was $3000.

Grandin Road Outlet is much smaller than the other two stores.

Like Frontgate Outlet, much of the store was Christmas.

Nice leather chairs but only one of each. Unfortunately, I did not catch the price.

A few empty shelves in the ottoman section.

This was my favorite find of the two stores. This large carved bookcase was originally $1000 and would have been $150. The small bookcase was $700 and would be $100 out the door.

They had an odd amount of barstools. It was literally half the store.

Unlike Frontgate Outlet, there was just a small patio section. A few chairs, wreaths and a firepit.

The couches in the front looked like floor models maybe. They were not set up to present well so I, unfortunately, did not check prices.

Pottery Barn Outlet coming soon. Then maybe I will have to start hitting up the PA outlets!! This is just too much fun!
